Herzensw\u00e4rme Obdach GmbH, through its \u201cCampus for Special People,\u201d is strongly committed to facilitating the transition of people with disabilities into the general labor market. This process requires targeted and individualized measures to ensure sustainable integration. We pursue a holistic approach that promotes both the professional and personal skills of our employees while enabling close cooperation with employers and other stakeholders in the labor market.<\/p>

    Every transition to the labor market begins with in-depth counseling that focuses on the strengths, interests, and needs of the employees. The following services are provided through close collaboration with the individuals and specialized professionals such as vocational educators and psychologists:<\/p>
