Herzenswärme Obdach GmbH specializes in supporting adults (from 17 years old) and helps them with finding housing.
Our care services range from assistance with everyday life management to support in shaping a self-determined lifestyle and developing life plans.
Qualified professionals support you in one-on-one sessions regarding your goals and challenges.
Depending on our agreement, the cooperation can also take place in your personal environment.
